Default H22a VTEC problem

Ok

I swaped a prelude motor into my 94 ex accord.
When I started it up check the engine light came on.
I checked the code, it was a 22 (Vtec Pressure switch)
I replaced it and I am still getting a code 22. Anyone have any
ideas. (will a bad VTEC pressure switch cause VTEC not to engage.

With the engine running, see if the VTEC pressure switch closes/opens when it should. Helms manual?

go through and follow the wire from where you added a vtec pressure switch wire during the install and double check everything. Check the ecu to see if it's in the right spot, check the wire itself, and check the actual connecter on the block.
