Default Help diagnose Tranny fluid leak...(picture included)

I have leaks that seem to gather along the red dotted line. Is this just a new seal? I can't seem to find the part number on majestic honda.

It's not a "seal" you can buy. You need to use Hondabond or some type of liquid gasket. Best way to repair that would be to crack it open, clean the mating surfaces, apply hondabond and close it up.

I was just doing some reading. Would it also be possible for it to be the rear main seal dripping its way down to this point?

before I go and rip that apart, could it be possible it be anything else? Maybe something else to look for around the area?

What car and engine?

Rule out an engine oil leak, such as from common places like the oil pan gasket or at the top of the engine (distributor, VTEC solenoid, valve cover).

You can add a leak detecting dye to the MTF. If the dye does not appear in the leaking fluid, then the leak is likely engine oil.

Yeah, I guess I should have clarified my answer. Make sure you know what it's leaking. Engine oil or transmission fluid. Transmission fluid will not leak out of the rear main seal.

Once again I agree with RonJ only thing I would add to what he said it clean up the general area before you add that dye.
