Default Civic VX GSR Swap HELP!

My friend purchased a '94 GSR engine/trans along with a OBD1 GSR ECU and we're wondering what exactly do we need to complete the swap. I understand you would need gsr axles, integra "T" bracket, integra driver side mount if we decide to re-use the civic mounts, and integra shift linkage. Could someone confirm this? Again his car is a 1992 Civic VX and how would we go about wiring the engine up and he's trying to REF it too.

These "How to swap..." threads are starting to get real old.

Try confirming it yourself.

It is so easy it's not Funny. You literally re pin two wires (One of the u2 wires and the knock sensor wire on the passenger side shock tower. I just finished swapping my 98 GSR swap into my 94 vx last weekend). Use the GSR engine harness. I don't have all the links right now they are only work computer. Pm if you can't find them and I will post them up Monday.

Here is the link to the wiring part of the swap. I doubted these instructions at first because I was expecting it to be much more in depth.

Im not sure with an OBD1 to OBD1 swap but im pretty sure you can use all integra mounts including the t bracket, integra linkage, and running wires for knock, o2 (if the vx does not have a 4 wire o2), and the IABs if OBD1 has that. I swapped an OBD2a GSR into my 93 cx which had a d15b7 motor instead of a b8 so it had the four wire o2 already so I was able to drop the swap in with the integra mounts linkage and run wires for VTEC, knock, and IABs. I used the stock single cam harness. Everything should plug right in for you. Being an OBD2 motor i need jumpers for the alternator, injectors, distributor, and ECU.
