gsr swap ?
ive already searched and posted this in the eg forum but i thought i might get a littlemore help here. thanks.
I have the chance to snag up a GSR Swap at an awesome price. Here's my question.
I have a 95 Civic hb, with a 94 b18b swap. The GSR motor i can get is a 99 GSR. Whats going to have to change to put this motor in the hb after having the ls in. THe gsr swap is a full front clip so i'll have all the harnesses and everything. Im worried about the whether the distributor will work, or can I swap out the whole harness to the GSR harness? I have someone who wants to buy my LS complete swap, so i want to make it as easy on both of us as possible, all the help is appreciated.

Re: gsr swap ? (mrbsponge)
Use the engine wiring harness that comes with the 99 (It will plug into all the underhood subharnesses).
Get an ODB1 P72 GSR ECU.
Wire up the VTEC (if you don't have an SI or VX), knock sensor, and IAB's.
Go have fun.
About as "plug and play" as this swap can get...
