Uhhhhhh...

Are you planning on idiling w/ those 450cc's and no AFC? Or for that matter, being able to run at all w/o dumping too much fuel?

Have fun.

You need an AFC tho...

You wont be able to run the car w/ the 450cc's and no AFC. They dump WAY too much fuel, and your car will die after being started. You have to lean the injectors out to ~-35% of what they would normally dump. Installing/uninstalling an AFC isn't an easy thing to do either, unless you plan on cutting wires left and right...

What engine/turbo are you running?

What are you doing now for fuel?

Yeah, it just wont work unless you have a SAFC/VAFC, SMC, or custom circuit. Otherwise you'll drown your engine in fuel. Extra fuel is good, but too much of anything can be bad.

AFC is like 11 wires, going to critial parts of your engine (VAFC). SAFC is a little easier, but is still a PITA to put in, take out, put back in, take out, put back in, etc...

I got a SMC. Cost $89+s/h. Does the same thing the AFC does (Regarding leaning out of the injectors). It doesn't have the pretty display, and it still has 6 wires.

As far as exhaust temps, I'm going to have to let someone else field this one for me; they're not my specialty
