Default Need help from people with forward facing setups

I'm planning on doing a forward facing manifold but I've read about some people having smoking issues due to the turbo being mounted this low and not draining back well. I'd like some feedback from more guys with setups like this before I commit to it. Here's a pic of mine to get an idea of where I want it placed. Turbo will be a bw s400 67mm and I plan for it to pretty much mate right up to the intercooler inlet. I'll more than likely be moving the intercooler over some to make room, or be doing some cutting.

Never had any issue what so ever with mine... My drain line probably only drop roughly 1-2" over a 6" long hose. I had the same initial concern when Speedfactory did there white car about 4 or 5 yrs ago, but we have never had any issues. Just ensure that the hose has at least a bit of drop in it and is placed towards the top of the oil pan. Good luck and great looking set up.

That's good to hear. Do you have any pics with the bumper off you can post?

I have some minor smoking issues if im street driving and braking going down a hill or something like that. But all things considered it doesnt smoke that much at all. my drain line could be cut a little more and im sure that would stop the smoking issue almost completley

I've had some experience with smoking issues dues to a slight valley in the oil return on other setups in the past so I'll definitely get that part right. Thanks for the feedback. I'd love to see pics of these setups with the bumper off if and of yall have any.

I'm not worried about the drain. I know how it needs to look. I was just trying to get an idea of turbo height since my manifold will be custom. That looks nice! Thanks!
