OK I'm having a problem mounting my intercooler on my 98 integra gs. There is this A/C line that runs down in front of the radiator and then bends outward right in my way. Its a hardline so I dont know what to do with it? Can it be moved or rerouted? What did you guys do with it? It's right in my way!

 

just bend it carefully...
kinda bend it towards the radiator so it'll be behind the IC

 

How thick is your intercooler? Mine just kinda brushed up against it so I pushed it back a little.

 

yup, just push it back carefully and it'll bend out of the way.

 

you dont need A/C with turbo anyway.......

 

Yeah I wish I could take it out but I'm in South Georgia and it gets pretty hot down here. Then I would have so much more room plus a wicked equal-length manifold and a 3" DP. I have the Max-Rev intercooler. Pretty sure it's 3". I'll try bending the line today, hopefully it wont break

think that power steering cooler, bend it anywhere you want or remove completely.
