Full-Race Manifold-Intercooler not fitting together as expected
Manifold: Full-Race Prostreet non-AC manifold, t3 flanged
Intercooler: Full-Race 20"x8"x3" Backdoor
Chasis: DC2 Integra
Turbo: Garrett GT3076R
Problem:
The intercooler's inlet isn't at the proper height to allow it to mate to the turbo's outlet and maintain a parallel line. Either the turbo is too high or the intercooler's inlet is too low. I think the intercooler's inlet is too low because if I move the intercooler up to meet level with the turbo discharge, it sits too high in the bumper.
Possible Solutions:
1.) Get the larger 22"x11"x3" intercooler. But, will the larger backdoor intercooler have the inlet at the proper height?
2.) Get a 45 degree 2.25" to 2.5" transition hump hose coupler with long legs.
Intercooler - this is a F-R intercooler, right?
Without intercooler. Bumper support has already been trimmed. Start of airdam begins at lower edge of bumper support.
With intercooler mated to bottom of bumper support
Mismatch from top view; ignore horizontal mismatch
Mismatch from side view

You should have called them right away instead of posting.
They shouldn't have to find out about their products like this!

I have their intercooler and works great fits fine...Our cars are not ment to be turbo'd stock so some trimming and fab work may be required lol

Do you have to flip the support bar upside-down? Or, maybe mine was upside-down to begin with?

Would it line up if you slid the intercooler to the left towards the passenger side? Most of the full race backdoor setups I have seen, the intercooler is off center to the bumper opening.

You will need to clock your compressor housing so the inlet is lower. Also the intercooler is going to be more to the right side of the car. Happened to me when I first installed my PWR backdoor on my 30r and ramhorn. I'll try and get a pic

The horizontal mismatch is not an issue. I can notch the rebar more and slide it over.
The last picture is rotated 90 degrees. The picture was framed vertically and taken from the side.
If I clock the compressor housing down more, the discharge won't be perpendicular with the inlet of the intercooler. See proposed solution #2 in the original post.

i love full race but i hate the way that looks with the offset intercooler.
but yeah try what the others have said, move the IC towards the passenger side a little and clock the turbo slightly.

Re: Full-Race Manifold-Intercooler not fitting together as expected
I looked around and my rebar is definitely not upside-down. I found a few pictures of a couple of different Integra's with the rebar oriented with the offset facing down. So, that's not the issue...unless F-R's instructions (that I don't have) specify to flip the rebar upside-down.
Anybody got a picture of the transition hump hose that they sell with the kit? My coupler is going to be too short if the intercooler really does bolt to the front of the rebar. Also, maybe the coupler is supposed to end up bootlegged.
I really don't know. I need to narrow down some variables because I've got way too many things going on in this scenario to really figure out what's going on.

The turbo outlet on mine isn't exactly perpendicular to the intercooler inlet. But the coupler reaches fine and doesn't hurt anything. Never had a problem this way.

There is another issue too that I didn't remember until now. The intercooler is too far away from the turbo. Even if I got the intercooler to line up with the turbo's discharge, it still wouldn't be close enough to the turbo. I'd have to move the intercooler back another two or three inches.
