Went to start my car yesterday and it started fine, and ran fine, but had a 3500rpm fuel cut and a check engine light. I checked the ecu (chipped pm6) and it had a solid light. It's in limp mode and I can't figure out why, it's not throwing any codes :/ so I think my chip probably went bad from being disconnected from a battery for so long. Can any one burn me a new chip?

Chips don't "go bad from sitting"... Once it's burned it's there until the end of time unless it gets erased due to it getting reflashed or "zapped"/destroyed. What exactly did you do to it? (Why did it sit/what did you change?)
