i have a b20vtec with type r head , problem im having is car sputters unless i turn fuel regulator all the way up to where it idles at 2300, and even when its turnt up car feels like its holding back alott' when fuel regulator is turnt down car sputters its *** off, bought new spark plugs, and wires and has no check engine light!

What else could be wrong.?!

Did you have it tuned? What ECU and base map are you running if not?
