I just put a new headgasket in my 94 d15b7 motor now it won't start has head resurfaced and tested I have spark and fuel checked compression it reads 90 130 130 130 could it be bad valve seals or timing? Any help is needed thanks

 

Your compression is screwed. Is your timing correct?

 

You have one low cylinder.

Is spark bright white at all 4 plugs?

Is the mechanical timing dead on?

Is the plug wire firing order correct?

 

i know the bottom mark is good dont know about cam tho im missing the plastic cover with the timing mark so I just eyeballed it

 

I got the cover with the timing mark and lined it up but it still won't start compression went up 130 160 160 160

 

Please answer ALL questions in post #3.
