Icon2 Having Problem Getting Electricity to fuel pump

I was jumping the cooling fan terminal so that it'll stay on at all times. Then all of a sudden my main relay goes out, so i take the main relay aprt to check for inline cracks cuz it was makin clicking noises when i would turn the key over to secondary and i found a few. So itake it to the nearest electronic shop and they resoldered the cracks. Now i go bak to my 92 eg hatch and plug in the main relay and didnt make the clicking noise anymore. But now my fuel pump won't turn on. So now i pull out the fuel pump and check for voltage and theres voltage i even plugged it into my buddies 97 ek coupe and it turned on no problem. So if its not the MAIN RELAY or the FUEL PUMP> What is it?
Can someone help me out please?
