I have a freshly built motor and yesterday i got to start the motor, but it just wont start. It has fuel, spark, but the compression reads like this

1- 033
2- 033
3- 033
4- 097

the compression is very crappy, and i need some input.

Bad built, maybe.

ummm... valve train problem? maybe timing problem?

 

valve adjustment?

did you make sure the timing belt is on proper?

 

i know for sure the timing is correct, but ill double check the the valve clearances.
