Alright, H-T...maybe can someone help me identify this crappy noise. In this video it only does it in the higher RPMs but when its warmed up or highway driving it will do it from 3k on. The sound happens when on the throttle. Clutch in, clutch out, neutral but stops the second you take your foot off the gas. It sounds a lot like when my heat shield was loose around the cat. But I took that off a few years ago. I had a mechanic under it a few weeks ago he said there was nothing wrong with the exhaust but I'm not sure. Any ideas H-T? Thanks.

I checked the one over the header...then just took it off yesterday. Other than that I don't think there are anymore. It has an HKS catback on it as well which was put on before I bought it, but I believe there aren't any more heat shields on it.
Have a buddy rev the engine to reproduce the noise while you try to pinpoint the noise under the hood or below the car. It may help to purchase an inexpensive engine stethoscope ($4 at HF Tools) to locate the noise.

Take a wrench and tap everything under there or as said above, have someone rev it while you investigate.
I was listening with my laptop speakers so I can't really tell but could it be piston slap? Going 1 grade thicker oil can make that quieter sometimes.

i had a simular problem ant it ended up being the bracket to the exhaust manni with the two nuts by the oil pan... one of the nut rattled off and the other was loose... worth looking at...

Thanks guys, hopefully I can get under sometime this week and have my friend rev it up for me. I'll let you know if I figure it out. Thanks again!
