Noise after shifting...

Default Noise after shifting...

I have a 2000 Civic si and I hear a grinding noise everytime im giving it gas/letting the clutch out and/or sometimes it makes that noise after I let the clutch out and giving it gas. Could it be that I need a new clutch? I don't really know where the grinding noise is coming from.. and no, I'm not grinding gears.

I've been driving the car for two years now and it started making that noise a couple of weeks ago. Kinda new so any help is appreciated.

Might be a bad input shaft bearing in the transmission. First make sure its not just a rattling exhaust heat shield.

I already checked my exhaust, it doesnt rattle.

Sometimes it makes that noise when I'm just pressing on the gas...
