Default civic wont turn over

civic wont start car does absolutely nothing when trying to crank. If I turn the key to on the main relay goes through its setup one click then fuel pump primes the second click. Then the cel goes off third click but then i try to turn it over and nothing. The clutch switch is bypassed and jumped and i replaced the starter relay. The battery is good I checked the starter itself and the connections the fuses are good new ignition harness and ignition anything else im missing to check?

Are you getting 12V at the starter?

Try jumping it from the starter. If that works then check your ignition switch.

Check your clutch switch (neutral safety switch). Make sure it didn't break the tip off.

ok i checked the clutch safety its fine i replaced the starter relay with a new one. I replaced the ignition relay. I think my ignition switch went out and its not sending the 12 to the starter cause i can easily jump the starter to start the car

I've bypassed clutch switch, tested battery, checked voltage to starter-good, checked voltage to solenoid w/ key turned to start position-no power, all fuses good. Haven't checked ignition switch or starter relay yet. Where is the starter relay?
