what hose goes here on the back of the gsr block?

Default what hose goes here on the back of the gsr block?

what hose connects where i circled in red or can i jus cap it off

I use the Fram Tough Guard filter, which seems to be fine as indicated by its construction.

Pic was taken wit my phone can try o make it bigger but idk...n ya it's above the oil filter but I've never seen one before on ne of my other b18 blocks

Thanx So I should jus be able to plug it off cause I have no a/c controls in my car and as far as the nipple next to idk that's how it was when i got it

sorry i thought the filter was on the right side. that connection is for the oem oil cooler which is removed for whatever reason on your motor.

yes, i'd agree, it looks to be a hose missing from the oil cooler found on some gsr blocks that have it mounted behind the oil filter itself

PS- it looks like in your pic (hard to see, that that engine has an aftermarket sandwich plate mounted in behind your oil filter)

Yea it has a sandwich plate on it for the turbo line fittings

Loop the lines or get the oil cooler, or get a 96-01 water pipe.

This oil cooler is standard on P72 block motors (GSR & ITR and CTR). They didn't come on the B16As (at least in the US). You can't really install one if you've already got a sandwich plate, but you should probably run an external oil cooler instead. Especially if you are turbo.
