Default Stock 94 Civic Ex bogs

Got a 94 Honda Civic Ex with a stock motor with about 200,000 miles on the cluster. The recent maintenance that was done before and after summer was: fuel filter, cap and rotor, coolant temperature sensor, spark plugs(new ones as of now).

The thing is that at certain speeds of 15-20 mph, the car feels like it will jerk when you put your feet on the gas pedal. The same thing also happens at 60 mph when i'm cruising at that speed unless i push on the gas pedal more. And around 70-75 mph, it slightly happens too.

I came upon some hypothesis that the car maybe misfiring. Do ya have any suggestions?

How old are the plug wires? Did you install properly gapped NGK plugs?

Is the ignition timing set to spec using a timing gun?

Any CEL codes?

Have you checked compresson and timing? Does it burn oil or coolant? Thats an a$$ load of miles it might be time for an overhaul.

To answer those questions: 1) Yes, the spark plugs are evenly gapped and I didn't do the timing. A friend of mine is a Honda man so he touched my timing when we changed the timing belt. 2) No CEL even on the TPS (Happened before but my former co-worker used a multi-meter to fix it already) 3) I haven't checked the compression on it yet but it's not burning any oil or coolant. The only time it burns oil is when it is engaged in VTEC. 4) The plug wires seemed to be oldest out of the maintenance but i will check on that. It may need new ones.

It's all good. They run pretty good to me even though they're considered Toyota's plug.
