Measure the bolts when you take them out. Make sure you use an OEM gasket because different head gaskets require different RA finishes. I don't think you need any new parts?

Are you sure your capable of this task?

Have you read the manual on the procedure?

There is only one head gasket. lol. So you need only one.

Upper and lower usually refer to the "head gasket set" Upper set includes intake manifold and exhaust manifold, valve cover, etc. Basically the headgasket and up.

Lower would be well... lower.

REPLACE THE HEAD BOLTS. Head bolts are stretch bolts. I wouldn't bother measuring them. They have to be torqued properly. The ARP head studs you can get are not stretch bolts, and may be reused. Really would be a nice upgrade if you've got the $100 or so they cost.

You need a torque wrench as well. Use a good one. Rent or borrow it if you have to.

I wouldnt use a rock auto headgasket... I would only use oem there about the same price and you will get it alot sooner. I would replace your Cam seals (3 of them look them up) and the dizzy o ring, valve cover gasket, sparkplug seals,... All pretty cheap and you might as well do it while the timming belt is off so you dont have to do it again... Might aswell as do a timming belt and waterpump...

Ohhh I got all the valve cover grommets that were on sale for 1.50 lol I bought all 30 of them, Honda wants like 11 bucks each

I didn't think they were torque to yield... replacing them is a smart thing to do though.
