HELP!! Weird Vibration!
Ok so i have a Ls teg that i have had for a while and it has had a weird vibration ever since i got it. The vibration is only under load and only at certain RPM.Its only at 40%+ load and and from 3k+ I have seriously tried EVERYTHING to try and fix this thing. SO i am turning to HT for help.
These are the things that i have changed to try and fix the problem.
Both axles 3 times
Clutch&flywheel Both brand new
2 different intermediate shafts
New Wheel bearings
New Upper and lower ball joints (it needed these anyway)
Inner and out ball joints
I have tried different rims thinking maybe a bent rim?
Both main and countershafts in the transmission
All bearings in the transmission were also changed with Brand new OEM
The engine is Bone stock and the transmission is a B16 Trans
nobody can figure this out!

It is the whole car that shakes, not just the steering wheel. Also it is not wheels/tres cause i have already had them balanced and i also tried another set.
Ah. Well move on to shaking the front end down and making sure everything is tight. Did you torque your axle nut(s) to the correct spec? I'm not sure if you are still using the stock power steering rack or not but the rack Can be adjusted by the locking nut located at the bottom of the steering shaft.

I just wanted to say if you don't have the damper on your axles don't worry too much about it there's plenty of people who don't have them and aren't having your problems. Wow you changed both axles 3 times. Motor (and transmission) mounts were mentioned above too and I think that's definitely worth a look.

This is interesting. I honestly havent thought of this. Hwo do you go about checking is the subframe is bent? Just by visually inspecting it? I have ran the carfax on it and it shows nothing. Its not just the steering wheel that is shaking its the whole car. You feel it in the seat, the door panels shake, the coin tray rattels, its that bad. I am going to try and see if i can get video of it while im driving.
