problem: 95 civic wheel wobble/shake
i was driving the other day and some guy in another car noticed my passenger front wheel was wobbling. So at the stop light he told me i figured no biggie my lugnuts where probably loose so when i got home i went to tighten them and they were all tight so i take the wheel off to see if i notice a problem the axle was tightened and the hub was tight also. I have no idea whats going on do you guys have any suggestion that can help me out ?

Also check your wheel bearing and perhaps your wheel is out of balance?
Any vibrations in the steering wheel? Or and pulls while braking?

no it cant be the wheel bearing it dont make the noise and the rims and tires are brand new and were balanced i think it could be the tie rod i am able to move the tire side to side even when the other side of the car is on the ground and when i drive if you stick your head out the window you can see the wheel look like its wobbling
