Default Turboing D16 (Help Pick Turbo)

Hey all, I'm not very new to the site, just read alot and dont post much.
Well I tried searching all over and couldnt find any info on this Borg Warner T3 turbo i'm looking at.
I met this guy on craigslist who actually seems pretty trustworthy, but i understand a salesman needs to make money so i wanted to check on here with you guys what you think i should do.
I'm on a very tight budget so am trying to put together a turbo kit for my D16.
I'm looking for a fast spooling turbo for the streets, but that is reliable aswell as this car is my daily driver.
Ok so this guy has a bunch of turbo's, i initially messaged him about a Garret T28 he has for $200, he said there is absolutely no shaft play, it is in excellent condition.
Then he also says "he forgot he has a bad *** T3 Borg Warner turbo which is bad *** for a d16" for $200 and it's very high quality.
The Borg Warner is 48 trim with zero shaft play and is in mind condition.
He also has a Garret 50 trim but that one is a T4 backhousing.

He says the Borg Warner is the best size for a daily/street setup.
He is going to give it to me for $150 since i'm driving so far to get it.
I dont know much about turbo's, just what i have been reading lately.
So i turn to you guys, what would be my best bet?

Thanks, i appreciate the help in advance.

i'm just goin by personal experience here. i have a Godspeed turbo set up in my d16z6. alot of people talk smack on these set ups but as long as you dont go crazy with the boost and you change your internals, fuel pump, injectors and get a good tune you should be good. ive had my turbo set up running at 10psi on my car for the last 7000 miles. i drive it everyday without any issues. the turbo starts spooling at around 3k. and i still get over 30mpgs on the highway. of course with all turbo kits you get what you pay for but if u have a good tune a good wastegate and a strong manifold you'll be fine.
