Default Help me with a turbo selection

Just like the topic asks.
Its a 1.6 mazda, only plan on reving it to 7k right now, (8k possibly 8.5 later when i upgrade the valve train)
I loved the spool and the power from the vj17/14 hybrid i had for the 2 weeks it was working correctly, but that turbos in turbo heaven now (Woot for a broken shaft ) I obviously looked over my setup, no leaks or problem on my part but i guess i overspun it.
O Well im over it.

I recently acquired a straight t3 (.63/.42) for free.
It needs a rebuild, and was figuring i might as well upgrade it.
my question is ,

"What do the almighty turbo gods of honda-tech suggest?"

I would like the turbo to spool sometime in this century, but still make a good amount of power. (300-375)

Thanks guys and gals

Any other suggestions?

What is the difference between a t3/to4e and a t3/to4b?

Precision Sc 34 is a great turbo for mid 350's ive used a couple on just stock b series and make 300s on stock motors. 400 is probably the max

a gt30r would work well, but thats a little more than i think your willing to spend.

a t3/04e 57 trim, stage 3 exhaust wheel in a /63ar housing would support the power goals and have decent spool

Ball bearing is definatley in my future, just when the cash flow allows it.

Okay,
Ive been searching around all day (mostly ebay)
And i came accross Replacment CHRA's for around 100$
Positives and negatives?
Also they claim they do not need to be balanced after the rebuild, is this true?

Ive also seen t3 upgrade kits also on ebay that upgrade the compressor to a t4.
Positives and negatives?
