d15b7 turbo build help
OP - First what is the car going to be used for? Drag, Weekend warrior etc?
First thing you should do is set a power goal. Don't think in terms of how much PSI you want to run, think of WHP you are trying to achieve.

This is all a matter of OPINION... all you are going to get is somebody's hopes, dreams, or biased opinions because they have one. DO WHAT YOU WANT based on your goals, budget, and time limit. You need to reSEARCH and do hours and hours of reading before you should consider anything... start here:

In my turbo sohc I had eagle rods and wiseco pistons. Did nt have any problems with them. One thing about sohcs tho,to run eagle rods you have to have the bottom of the cylinders knotched for the rod to clear the cylinder walls. Any machine shop should be.able to do it.
