Default help getting started with a turbo d16

im hoping i dont get flamed too badly...but anyways, im wanting to start putting together a turbo setup for my d16y7. The problem is, i dont know where to start...ive read multiple threads and looked at links such as these:
http://www.cse.uconn.edu/~yele....html
http://www.beesandgoats.com/bo....html
what im asking for is if anyone can start me out with a list of parts that would be necessary. I'm a minimum-wage worker, so i want to do the bare minimum for it to run, but i want it to run safely and efficiently. Im not looking for too much power, just enough to make it fun to drive and pull on some ricers ^.^ (around 200whp). This is my first car, first project, and im young...so i want it to be more of a learning experience for future cars than an amazingly quick car. ANYWAYS, im just hoping for a good setup that people have run without problems that i can go off of as i search for my parts.

thanks in advance.
