im wanting to supercharge my b series. im gonna use a gar block and b16 head...but im not to sure of the compression ration to go with. i want to boost 10-12psi
also and recommendations on the build of my head???
and im currently looking for a supercharger...

 

what are your goals? what is your budget? 10-12 psi isnt saying anything doesnt mean ****

 

wouldn't it be different on a supercharger? far as i know theres one size unlike turboes where 10-12 psi without the turbo app is useless.

el searcho button top right. use advanced. oh and i'd imagine you'd barely have to touch anything at 10-12.

Depending on the pulley used you'll push 6, 8 or 11 PSI out of that. I don't know about HP numbers 'cause all JR will quote is track times.

We have consistently run this same car at Pomona with consistent 14.0 time slips. The same car with Intake, header, exhaust, and test pipe ran a 13.4 on slicks with 100 Octane fuel."

These mount on stock engines so I would say it would hurt. SC setups don't appear to be the same. AGAIN, ask in the supercharger thread in the FI forum.
