my b18b1 it ticking from the head

anyone have any suggestions for me is it the lifters?? and should i replace all of them if i replace any ?

Have you checked oil level?

If it's good, lash adjustment.

dont mistaken it for the fuel injectors. i had a ticking noise and it was one of my fuel injector..
