You just need to soak the bolt in penetrating oil hold the engine still and use a loooong breaker bar. It will come loose, it just takes a LOT of force.
I had an engine in my apartment at one time trying to break the bolt loose, and I ended up having to brace the engine stand against the wall and apply tons of force

A special tool can be picked up from the internet or if you are lucky, local auto part stores. It stops the crank pulley from rotating when you are attempting to loosen the crank bolt. I bought mine for about $30 at a local Napa.

Times when I couldn't get it with a strong gun I'd just use a breaker bar but use one hell of a cheater pipe in the form of the entire handle from a floor jack.
Yup, a nice long breaker bar can do alot more than an impact sometimes. My impact can zing crank bolts off no problem, but I have had to use a big breaker bar and jack handle on head bolts alot, since the impact couldn't do it.
Is there a man around? If not, see if maybe one of your male neighbor's can help you break it loose
If you can't get it off, I'd drive to a mechanic shop and ask them if they can break it free. They'll probably charge you five bucks or less. When the car is 5 feet off the ground, getting a cheater bar in there to break it free becomes a helluva lot easier.
