Default crank bolt

k i am havin some trublle getting my crank bolt off that gose to the pully to get to the timeing belt any sugestion how to get it off

stick a long strong screw driver in the fly wheel and take a breaker bar and grab the front end of ur car and push with ur foot while someone holds the socket on the nut so it doesnt strip the bolt.

you will need a crank pulley tool to hold the pulley so that it doesnt spin when you try to loosen the bolt. A 12ft breaker bar does alot

i had the same problem with mine,lucky me mine was out of the car and on a stand. i just used a breaker bar with a jack handle on it and a pry bar and flywheels bolts to stop it from turning

a little heat and a 1/2 drive impact gun works everytime.

but i admit the crank pulley tool thingy is pretty cool

Add a couple of 1/2" breakes bars and 6' jack handles to the mix and it pops right off of there.
