Are you using an impact? Use some WD-40 or tap the bolt on the front with a hammer and a long bolt or something. That should free it up

what? a shoe string? really? I'm using a breaker bar and chain wrench.
I'm doing this in my garage with jack stands. any hints on how to bust this bolt lose would help.
