Default Boost problems

Ok so here's what I'm running
D16 sohc vtec
-Garrett t3 turbo a/r 42
-greddy bov
-p28 ecu chrome tuned
-rc 310cc injectors
-tial 38mm wastegate
That's about it as far as the setup goes, but here's my problem when I'm driving down the road and my turbo starts to spool and create boost, at about 2 psi it acts like it's having trouble then totally stops boosting at 5 psi and the car seems like it's taking a nose dive, I think it might be a boost leak I'm
Not sure..also i have no Boost controller hooked up there's a line running from the bottom half of the wastegate to the turbo. I just recently bought this car, I know it's an easy fix I'm sure..at least I hope. Someone help please!!

Check for boost leaks and i never ran my car without a boost controller so i don't know what it would do. so check for leaks and if u still have the problem try a boost controller

Yea I mean the guy I bought it from said it was street tuned on "chrome" I am not gonna lie I have no idea what that means. So when I go to get it tuned I'll have to get the full dunk tune and everything then huh?
