Default b18 turbo is blowing white smoke

first off i would like to say this is my first post on this site and my first honda!! now i am puzzeled i have a civic with a ls b18 turboed and its blowing white smoke real bad first thought head gasket but its not over heating and not loseing any coolant at all. i havnt done a compression test but if it were rings you would think the car would lose power and its definetly not i thought an injecter might be stuck so i pulled them off today and they all looked good looked the same idk if i can say ive ruled that out tho i put new plugs in it and the old ones were covered in oil maybe valve seals but wouldnt the smoke be blue if it was burning oil im also pretty sure its running rich it has an air fuel gauge in it and it stays pegged at rich but i dont know if it works any help would be great could it have somthing to do with the turbo the boost gauge only shows vaccum it wont go past 0 psi of boost but yet again idk if it works and the plugs smell real stale idk if that would cause the smoke any help would be completley appreciated i am the type of guy that would hate to take it to some one but im starting to think it might need a tune ooo its tuned on chrome and when it comes to things like that im lost

Did you build it this way or did you buy it this way? If bought what did the previous owner say about these issues? Are you sure you're boosting? The gauge seems to say you're not. Are you using a REAL wideband or one of those lightshows? Is it pegged at idle? Are you sure it's tuned? What injectors are in it? What size injectors is it tuned for? Oil seals in the turbo blown? That might possibly be a load of fuel you're burning. I had a bad chip once and it did that same thing.

Sounds like another case of buying a boosted car and not knowing anything about it.

ya not gonna lie not a honda expert it has h22 injectors and its tuned for them im leaning towards a turbo seal it dosnt have the original oil feed line on it the old one had a hole in it im gonna patch the original and put it on there im leaning toward to much oil pressure and it pushing out threw the exhause side of the turbo im gonna pull the down pipe of and take a look if its dry im gonna take it and get it tuned could be a bad chip
