Default lots of smoke

alright, i have this problem where i blow out lots of smoke and it only happens when i've been driving really hard on it (like 6 or 7 passes). i'm running LS v-tec turbo on 5 psi. the turbo is off of a subaru which is really old. is it possible the turbo is heating up and smoke is coming from the turbo? compression test says all cylinders are good. also, nothing else is happening when all the smoke comes out. it doesn't overheat or anything. the smoke is gray really dark. plus i'm running extremely rich. help...............

dark - rich!

make sure that it isn't white or you are screwed (white is oil).

Get it tuned if you can.

Either your just runnign rich like everyone else says or the seals on the turbo are bad, you did say it's an old turbo, so there is a good chance that the turbo is gone/
