Default 93 CX B15 Swap

Hi guys. I just bought a 93 CX hatchback. Really liking the car but it has the turd d15b8. I have decided to swap a jdm d15b vtec. Mostly because of cost and it sounds like an easy swap. I cant have too much down time on the car because i drive it every day so I need to research what I need before hand.

Engine
P28 ECU
Vtec Solenoid
Vtec Rywire Harness

Is that it? Does the Solenoid usually come with drop out engines? If I run the stock ecu temporarily will it be ok? I have $800 right now I can use to get the engine in and can add the vtec and new ecu in a couple weeks when i get more money. I figure I should be able to get the engine shipped for about that.

Miss typed the title haha sorry.

Yes running the stock ecu will be fine.

and yes, the solenoid comes with the swap usually.

and no, you don't need a rywire harness.

VTEC is 3 wires it would take a monkey 45 minutes to wire your vtec...
you should be able to do it in 30
