Swap jdm d15b into 93 cx hatchback
Hello everyone i got a jdm d15b just a few days ago for a really good price with a s20 tranny and a p08 ecu.
My question is if i can use my stock cx d15b8 motor wire harness on the d15b motor with no prob.
thanks for taking time to read

Don't fret man, it's quite easy.
You can reuse the CX harness. The only moderately difficult thing to do (which really isn't all that difficult) is run three wires:
from VTEC Solenoid to ECU Pin A4
from VTEC Oil Pressure Sensor to ECU Pin D6
from VTEC Oil Pressure Sensor ground to thermostat housing
Just get some wires, and run them from the designated spots on the motor to the corresponding places they need to go. You have it easy because the CX and D15B vtec share a 1 wire oxygen sensor. It couldn't be easier.
Good luck with the swap, I'll be doing the same swap very soon.
