Do you have a code 4 as well or was that a typo?

Edit, title fixed

I can't say whether or not your ECU is bad. But it sounds like you have done a good job so far ruling out the O2 sensor and its wires. The next logical step is to swap in a known good ECU to see whether the problem goes away. Unfortunately, in this case, there is no straightforward way to test the ECU itself.

The fuse 15 TSB only pertains to 96-00 Civics not to your 95 Civic. (Click the Fuse 15 TSB in my signature.)

the only problem that concerns me is the low millage, can u guys have any idea that what cold be that problem.. cuz my question is, even if i have a good sensor that is sending he values to the ecu the cel could affect my millage?

i change air filter, spark plugs, other suggestion?

Jejejejejejej i will buy another ecu im planning yo buy a P08 that is the correct ecu for my d15b Vtec now the cuestion is will my 4 wires new denso oxygensensor work with the P08 without any modifications i heard that the ecu will only use the sensor data pin (D14 on ECU) to work and the ground is on the manifold, is that info correct? Can i buy a P08 with no problem?

You can use a P08 fine with the engine and the O2 sensor, be aware the sometimes JDM and USDM automatic transmissions are somewhat different and require that the right type of ECU be used. That P28 may be repairable btw depending on just what happened to it.

I dont know exactly what happen to my p28 maybe the "universal" o2 sensor that it hav when i buy it cause the error there was a poor conection and wire splited maybe a short on the old sensor cause the error to the ecu, the guy who give m the p06 for the test told me that my p28 can be repaired but the price for the repair is almost te same that buy a ecu, he wants my p28 and money feed back and he will give a p08 ( maybe another repaired p08)

i will check the transmission number and post and see if it will run fine on the p08
