Default lots of white smoke on start up

recently got a 99 ex and swapped a obd1 ls into it. right when you start it it just blows white smoke out of the exhaust for about 2 min. whenn the motor gets warmed up it stops. motor runs just fine and pulls hard/ has 130xxx miles on it. what could it be?

yeah headgasket ,does it have a slight mis till the car gets some heat in it? also if it idles for a few does the temp go up? but its the headgasket

Head gasket was replaced roughly 3000 miles ago. Then motor sat for 6-10 months.

Then do a compression test. I still bet it's the headgasket.

White smoke = water
Blue smoke = oil
Black smoke = carbon (running rich)

Maybe whoever did the headgasket didnt torque it down right
