Post DA9 ls turbo build

yo whats good HT. im going to be getting about $3-4000 real soon. looking at doing an ls-t, but im not sure what i need to get or how much ill need to build the motor. it will be my first motor swap/build but ill have people with more experience helping me out.
im looking to get around 250hp and stay within the budget i have
any suggestions on parts i should get or things i should do would be greatly appreciated.

For 250hp just slap on a cheap t3t4 kit with 12lbs and tear it up for cheap. That way you have spare cash for a new motor when you blow it up.

Thats what id do, throw together a kit for cheap through the classifiess, turbo the stock block and slowly build up a spare engine on the side.

For a little cheap insurance i would throw some arp head studs in it and a new headgasket.
