whats better a built block or an eficient turbo kit
was just wondering which would be best to do on a b16 to reach 300hp plus daily driver
a cheap turbo kit and buy cheap i mean log or cats manifold etc and rods and pistons
or
stock engine but with a more efficient turbo kit that doesnt need as much boost to create the desired power
as i think either could be done on a similar budget
if that makes sense to anyone

Peakboost Turbo Kit (t3/t4 57trim .63ar)
Good Tune
300whp will be reliable.
This setup will be reliable for a long time to come considering you spend some money on a good tune. Keep in the back of your mind that eventually it will go, but this will buy you plenty of time to save for a semi-built motor. As for the turbokit its a great bang for the buck and it will give you a little room to grow in the event you want more power.

A stock motor with a nice turbo kit is better... but not for 300hp. Why build a motor then jeopordize it with a cheap junk turbo kit?

i dont mean cheap like xs power i mean cheap like log manifold or cast manifold instead of say a nice shorty or ramhorn etc
