an engine bay respray would be really nice, sometimes the paint starts to look tired and beaten up after all these years.
If you cant afford a baller paintjob for the bay, ive seen people find oem colors in rattlecans and do the bay themselves; for example, WhiteSlipsWithStickers rattlecanned his eg's bay and I have to admit it is one of the nicest lookin ones ive seen... Ill try to post pics. Gl with the rebuild man.

Thats a real nice tuck!!!!
As for my advice:
-Powder-coat the valve cover+intake a nice color
-Use the stainless steel bolts+washers
-Simple green+pressure wash
-Polish your strut tower bar and fuel rail with MOTHERS
-Get a new slim style fan

Thanks for the comments guy. I had orignaly planed on painting the bay but i never could decide what color, so thats still a factor. As for polishing, i planned on having everything that can be polished. I also need to get some plugs for the firewall, if anyone knows where to acquire those at a cheaper price than ive seen at honda.
Majestic Honda usually has pretty good prices, you can search for parts by part number by clicking HERE -->http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...artsSearch.jsp
Hope this gets you on the right track man, shoot me a pm if i can help you with anything else
