Get some simple green degreaser.
Cover up the intake, dizzy, battery, alarm horn, trash bags work well
Spray the bay with water. Then spray the simple green everywhere. Let sit for 5-10 min you can srub any spots with alot of grease. Hose off and repeat in any areas.
Hose everything down.
Now get some of the tire foam and spray it on the hoses and really anything that is rubber/plastic. Let that sit and wipe/ hose it off.
Dry any painted areas etc.
Enjoy your clean engine bay.

when you say "super clean" do you mean car show clean? if so you'll have to yank that motor out and take as many parts out of the engine bay as possible. power wash it. clean off any oil or grease. take it to the paint shop and have them paint it. also tunk your wires too. or just go to autozone and get a bottle of simple grean and engine degreaser.
