Default Water pump selection issues

OK so im pretty new to the site and new to Hondas but I am certainly not new to cars. I am in the processes of Rebuilding a 1992 hatchback that had a cracked block, long story short its turboed and has an eagle stroker crank, eagle connecting rods and the name on the pistons slips my mind currently, I am in the process of putting the new B18C back together for it and happened to look at the water pumps i had from all the various bits and pieces i bought to get it put back together, and i noticed one of the 3 pumps has a slightly smaller pulley on it, i didn't count the teeth but i am definately saure it has less, I guess my main question is should i clean and use the pump with the smaller pulley, or use the brand new one with the larger pulley?

the smaller pulley one is an LS and must be used with an LS timing belt. Use the larger

Use a new GSR/B16 one. You need the one for the VTEC motor so that you don't get cavitation.
