Well, it's hard to tell if its camera angle or not but it looks like it does have to travel up hill a little at the end. And obviously it's touching the DP which is not ideal. What manifold are you running?
Short of some major changes I would probably swap the fitting on the pan to a 45* fitting angled up, and run a slightly longer length of hose attached to a length of steel rod (with zip ties, heat tape, hose clamps, whatever) so you can bend it into shape and have it stay that way. I would make it swoop out further in front of the DP and then straight down into the new fitting.

its a ebay ac compatible turbo mani, and the bung is like right next to the downpipe if i ran a 45 off it ( i tried already ), it would have to be facing like to the right and there is no way to do it unless u make a s bend with the return hose
A brass barb with a 45 might work anyone know where to buy one? I tried using a adapter off the bung to a an fitting but it was all to bulky to clear the downpipe
