Will a B&M fuel pressure regulator be able to go over 60psi and also whats the highest amount of psi can it be raised to,I would like to know this before I go out of my way and spend more money out of my budget.

500whp is just about the limit of a stock fuel rail and regulator.

We have made 675 on a stock rail and regulator.... speak from experience not what you read online

I've seen two B&M regulators crap out for no reason at all at no more than 300hp. I'd trust a stock regulator over a B&M modified one by a long shot.

It's about boost, not power...

The stock diaphragm on the regulator likes to tear and become inconsistent at about 14-16 PSI, depending on the condition and age.

If you have ID1000's (meaning lots of injector), you can make 500+ WHP with a very efficient engine setup (B20/VTEC + cams and big turbo) and keep the boost low, and stay below 60PSI of fuel pressure.

It is boost that requires a better regulator. The B&M + stock unit doesn't like to hold anything above 60 PSI peak fuel pressure at the rail.

never had a problem with the stock regulator at 20+psi and 500+whp. would definitely trust it over the B&M.

Do some research and you'll save some money, keep the stock regulator.
