Default Resetting ECU - Advice

This the scenario right now. Ever since my dizzy change my car has been running really retarded. With the entire dizzy advanced all the way along with MSD timing controller I can now finally feel my car move again.

I'm plannin on resetting the ecu tonight coz Idon'tt hink those guys at Honda did that after changing my dizzy, etc.

So the question is, b4 i do this shouldi turn off my timingcontroller and also move my dizzy postion back to mid?

if you take out the msd and move back the distr. to stock settin then it will only comput the stock settings.... umm i think you should put it back to stock... then add the msd.. see wat happs... if nothing then reset... nothing then move it up and use the msd to... see wat happens

That's kinda what I want. I want the ECU to hit back at default setting and from there I'm gonna use the timing controller to adjust it.

Coz right now it just doesn't make sense. I have my dizzy fully advanced AND my timing controller fully advanced in order to have it running decently - only decently
