Spark Plug Color (PIC) Lean??

THIS WAS AFTER 100MILES (BRAND NEW MOTOR)
my setup is a fully build d16y8 cp pistons 9:1 on a phearable.net custom basemap chip. I am running 1 step colder spark plugs NGK-7 it is boosted but right now its just being daily driven on 3-5psi.
all the spark plugs seem to look fine expect the one in the back, its pure white, doesnt even look like its getting a spark. Just asking what other people think... running 40psi fuel pressure with 650cc precision injectors on a p28 and a electric cutout 3" downpipe (open dump)
Need to go to LA to get it tuned by bisimoto or church. wondering if i should turn the fuel pressure up or what may be causing the pure white.
its hard to tell from those pics the way the flash is but it might be a small bit lean but nothing major id say, id it pure white or more grey?
if that plud wasnt firing it would just be black and prob wet when you pulled it out so id say its firing fine
