Default Turbo burns oil at high engine RPM?

I flipped my car last August and this wasn't a problem but now, if I get into it real hard and rev my car to 6k+, there's a good amount of oil smoke that comes out of the exhaust and then it goes away and stays away until I get into it again. I know it's oil smoke b/c of the smell and color.

Is it time for a turbo rebuild or a is my oil inlet too restricted?

-built D16Y8
-Garrett .60/.63 T3/T4

The turbo hasn't seen any action until this past weekend and I did prime it with oil prior to the engine running.
