well me and my friend bought a car and i got the motor swap and he got the car. the guy the ecu was ruined by water damage and it didnt work in the car we bought. we swapped the whole motor and ecu over with my hatchs harness and it work pretty good. it is a p28 and has moates ostrich. the engine is a b16a. i downloaded the program and followed the steps to the best of my knowledge and when i click on the detect connection it freezes up on me. so i am looking for someone i can send my ecu to so they can put a good map for all my mods on. because it hits the stutter at 4500 rpms which sucks. and it has a damn check engine light that it wont let me check. thanks for all the help in advance.

checked there my man. i have done my researched and check the dumps thats not the thing. i cant find any maps that come close to my mods. but my problem is when i detect connection and error comes up that freezes the program and i close it and reopen it and it does it again. i think it is like a code 6 maybe. that is why i want to send this someone or else someone can tell me what to do

 

Well for those website all you do is tell them what mods you have and they'll make a basemap for it. But again your problem lies within your computer and the ecu.

And your ecu will not detect a code without the car running. Code 6 is for ECT. Which has nothing to do with connection problems

 

no thats not the cel i know thats the ect. the error code on the computer is saying like a code 6 in a little box. i am gonna try to uninstal and reinstal it. i didnt know they did that on them sites. if i get the program to work i will be happy.

well i got it to work for a little the program while it was hooked up to ecu. and then it was like it lost signal or something idk. i tried to detect a connection through it again and crome started freezing on me again. as soon as i click on detect connection it freeze the program. idk i will try again tomorrow.
