whats the rest of the setup? power goal? are you going for peak hp or more of a mid-range powerband? what is your budget?

kinda hard to answer without more details.

turbo sounds way too big for a 400hp goal...with that being said you can make 400 on that turbo with ease on a stock b16 intake manifold.

you ask a vague *** question...you want the best that is overkill for your setup or do you want a cheap *** blox, if you want something cheap a b16 manifold will support your goals, if you want to buy a manifold just because get a victorX, if you want something awesome, you can look into the kinsler or wilson manifolds.

just run a blox for 400whp its a good all around manifold gives great driveability and power. the victor is ment for high reving big turbo and power applications

it sounds like you are describing the a/r not the actual wheel trims. the a/r does not have anything to do with the size of the turbo. are there any other marking or number on the turbo? is it made by precision? you may need to remove the housings and mesasure the wheels to get a definite answer

here's a good link that explains trim, a/r, etc

blox will work fine for your setup. again its hard to say becuase there isnt really one thats "better" than others. oem, blox, skunk2, edelbrock...they will all meet your goals.

i think i will just go with the edelbrock b/c it has the vacuum line ports on the back side and a cleaner look imo

I Would go with a victor X! Mayb youll want more power later then you wont have to change the manifold imo.
