Default Can my block be re-sleeved? (pix)

hey guys just wondering if my block/sleeves are completely toast, or if i can throw some aftermarket sleeves into this? The red is where small chunks are missing, and the yellow is like hairline crack, very very small.

This happened at 21psi in 5th gear up a long hill (i know stupid!), my bottom radiator hose popped off and i lost like all the coolant in seconds. I guess my head lifted and combustion got into the coolant system and pressurized it? Thanks for any help!

can i just put a new headgasket on and run this as-is? The hairline crack is like 1" long, im just curious if its ok to run like 14psi on this, or will it crack more and more pretty quickly?

I would want to see pics of it without the pistons in it so I can see exactly how far down the crack goes but it should be fine for us to sleeve. Let me know if we can help. thanks.
